Regardless of physical pain challenges most of us need more activity in our lives to improve overall
fitness, pain alleviation, good health and quality living experiences. The problem with many that suffer
everyday aches and pains, they don’t know how to pain manage while exercising to become more fit. Instead
many allow the pain to defeat their will to stay active in life. This puts many Americans at risk of obesity
and many other associated health risks. A game show based on Fitness, health, nutrition and pain management
through a walking game contest will interest viewership in the millions. Millions of baby boomers suffer
various forms of pain disorders looking for solutions to alleviate pain while becoming more active and enjoying better quality
living experiences.
“Dare to walk” is a Game Show that illustrates walking
as one of the best cardiovascular, weight loss, body sculpting, muscle toning forms of healthy activities one can do for life.
Americans want to be enlightened how they can get more active with families and improve quality living conditions and
experiences. Many couch potatoes’ with pain can walk quite well but don’t know how to stay fit while managing
pain. Many boomers watching the show will be curious to learn about preventative health principles, and
how those with pain walk 5-20 miles a day while alleviating pain. They’ll want to hear the walker’s
personal stories before and after each competitive walk leg and will understand how they maintain their fitness and overall
health. The audience will naturally get caught up in the nomadic setting and competitive drama and excitement
of each players “agony and defeat challenges.” How do they do it? They “Dare to Walk
another Day. And show you “how they do it!”
